Limit group search in private repos

[Per] our companies compliance requirements we must not allow to search our active directory groups for everybody because these group names contain informations of our customer names... and as we have many customers we have different customers where maybe one customer "A" may not like to see a customer "B" of us that is competetive to "A"...

Sadly EVERY user is able to create private repositories (although they do not have any permission to other repositories/projects) and thus is able to administer them and SEARCH Groups.

Is there a way to do clever filtering? Like:

If user is in group x he only can search for groups x-x
or
Only users in group x, y and z can search for group names
or worse:
