Set the correct file extension when downloading raw files

      When viewing a diff of a pull-request, we have the ability to view/download the *Raw file*.

      However, when I try to download the files they are getting the extension ".txt" instead of the original file extension.

      Example:

        1. sql-file-01.png
          sql-file-01.png
          20 kB
        2. sql-file-02.png
          sql-file-02.png
          49 kB
