Better visibility of open pull requests I've created

There doesn't seem to be a central location showing all the open pull requests I have created (compared to the inbox for the open pull requests I am a reviewer of).

When you've a lot of repositories (as we have) you're open requests can be scattered about and keeping track of them is more difficult than it needs to be.

This could be as simple as a tab on the user profile or putting them in the in-box next to ones you're a reviewer on (maybe with them not contributing to the red count icon).
