    Description

On a project with multiple related repositories, pull requests are kind of hidden and it's not easy to follow new pull requests, unless somebody explicitly marks me as a reviewer.

It would help to have a project-wide "Pull Requests" page that would aggregate pull requests from all repositories under the project.

I've created as a workaround https://bitbucket.org/lalinsky/stash-all-pull-requests, but it only works well for really all pull requests, not project-specific pull requests, because there is no API in PullRequestService to filter pull requests by project.

Would it be possible to add the project-specific part of the add-on to Stash, or at least add some methods to PullRequestService to get all pull requests under project and to just return the count, not the actual pull requests?

      Thank you.
