"Raw" link for text files forces the file to be downloaded rather than rendered in the browser.

      Amber had some feedback from a Stash evaluator today asking why clicking on the "Raw" link for text files forces the file to be downloaded rather than rendered in the browser.

      We tested with .yml, .rb, pom.xml and .gitignore and they all triggered the browser to download the file (github seems to handle these filetypes fine).
