When one replies to a comment to a pull request, on an activity tab it stays where it is. It kills for me the usefulness of conversations under pull requests as the activity tab should always show latest activities. If I add a comment to a thread started some time ago, I'm almost certain the pull request creator won't see it as it's buried deep down.

BitBucket does this right; please, make it work this way as well.
