Steps to produce
- If you are using English environment, use the JVM to use Turkish environment by adding this Java arguments to the JVM_SUPPORT_RECOMMENDED_ARGS in setenv.* file:
-Duser.language=tr -Duser.country=TR
- Start Stash with empty Stash home folder.
Results
Stash will fail to start and the following errors will appear in the logs:

Workaround
Force the JVM to use English environment by adding these variables to JVM_SUPPORT_RECOMMENDED_ARGS in setenv.* file:
-Duser.language=en -Duser.country=US
