Description
In 2.7.0, user management has been updated to treat inactive users (users whose account has been disabled) identical to the way deleted users are treated.
The queries that Stash uses to filter out inactive users have a WHERE active='T' clause, which doesn't work on Oracle databases. The problem is that the active column has been defined as CHAR(255) and in Oracle the WHERE clause doesn't match because the "T" values in the database are actually "T " (254 spaces).
