Stash cannot connect to other Atlassian applications on non-standard HTTPS port

      After creating an application link to JIRA, which has a URL like https://host:8443, all subsequent connections fail and Stash reports the JIRA instance as being 'offline'.

      Workarounds:

      1. Put JIRA behind a proxy on port 443
      2. For internal and trusted networks only use HTTP

      This was introduced in Stash 2.5.0.
