Improved checking of plugin compatibility

Checking Plugin compatibility is something that needs to be improved.
Unless plugins offer information about STASH-version range they are designed for, this information seems not to be used by STASH to automatically disable plugins (or give hints about possible incompatibilities)

On nearly each update of STASH I ran into problems caused by incompatible plugins - these problems mostly occur in situations, where the plugin is involved, but this is not obvious in the most cases.
It's a pain to locate this problems.

I think it would be more useful to disable incompatible plugins on STASH-update - or show a big warning about incompatibility on "manage plugins"-page. Handling incompatible plugins like firefox does would be preffered ... (disabling on incompatibility - automatic checking for updates ...)
