- Create an application link between JIRA and Stash.
- Change the Display URL.
- Note that when a commit references a single JIRA issue the URL is correctly generated using the Display URL.
- When more than one JIRA issue is referenced the popup window contains URLs incorrectly generated from the Application URL, not the Display URL.
