When using the JIRA User Directory for authentication, 'deactivated' or 'disabled' users from JIRA are synchronized to Stash.

This means the Users view is polluted with users that are not active without any indication that they are or aren't enabled or active.

In addition, it appears that if these users are still in groups authorized for access to Stash, they are counted against your license limit. This requires you to remove 'deactivated' users from the groups to which they belonged to manage you license limit appropriately.
