Tags searching should use substrings

    Description

      If I have a tag, for example SomeMassivePrefixWordToSearchFor_1234.5, and I search in the tag popup window (in the commits screen), then I have to search with:

      SomeMassivePrefixW

      rather than any substring part of the tag, such as:

      WordToSearchFor

      Also it would be nice if we could easily copy the tag or branch (rather than using the browser's url bar).
