Update PR conflict instructions for local testing

Currently the merge-conflict documentation relies on the user having access to the source repository. In many cases this may not be true, and there is no (obvious) way to checkout the source branch to test.

It might be nice to have a fail-safe way to locally test an open pull-request. This may either require documentation changes, or to possibly enhance the permissions in Stash to respect the open pull-requests.
