Hotlink to pull requests mentioned in the commit message from a merge

      When viewing the auto-generated commit message in Stash for a merge that came about from a Pull Request, I'd like to be able to easily return to the Pull Request that instigated that merge.

      The following screenshot gives one suggestion, where the text is hot-linkified to the Pull Request

      However, another suggestion is Stash simply indexes the commit sha against pull requests and adds a link along the right side, similar to links to JIRA tickets.
