Gravatar image breaks SSL connection

      Although no Gravatars are used Stash includes a default image from http://www.gravatar.com/avatar/... which breaks SSL connection when Stash rans on HTTPS (behind a reverse proxy).

      Absolute URLs should use HTTPS to include foreign sources.
