Git command authentication failure causing the user to enter captcha before maxmimum attempts are met.

      Maximum log in attempts is set to 3 but git(push command) ask for captcha after the second authentication failure, if the value is set to 2 git ask for captcha after the first authentication failure. However, the log in attempt count works fine when the user tries to log in via the browser.

      This only affects git 1.7.x clients. Git 1.8+ does not have this issue
