We are slowly migrating a lot of projects currently in TFS to Git/Stash, and all of our projects have an identical set of permissions for different kinds of branches (convention based on branch names), and every time we migrate a new project, it takes several minutes to manually insert each permission.

It would be very helpful for us, if we could copy the permissions of one repository to another.

This could be something as simple as downloading the settings of a repository into a file, and then uploading this file into another repository to replace its settings.
