Pull requests: Problem with Merge button and Warning messages when N approvals required

Until the required number of approvals has been received the MERGE button is disabled (grayed out) and the popup over the yellow triangle symbol indicates that you need N more approvals before this pull request can be merged. When the Approve button is pressed the error message popup isn't updated to reflect the new count needed, and when the final Approval is received the Merge button is not enabled and the error message is not removed.

Refreshing the page will usually get things updated properly, though sometimes it's necessary to reload the pull request. However these updates should happen automatically without these extra manual steps.
