URL surrounded by parentheses and followed by punctuation includes trailing parenthesis in URL

      In a comment, if a URL is inserted in the comment text and surrounded with parentheses, the closing parenthesis that is just after the last character of the URL is included in the URL generating a bad URL (broken link). This doesn't happen, for example if the character after a URL is a period '.'.
