Currently Stash forces diffs (as used in pull requests) to include copies. Unfortunately this cannot be overridden by a local configuration value. Git defaults to 50% similarity of files, which in some cases can identify incorrect copies and renames which can be confusing.

It would be nice to configure the exact behaviour and thresholds that Stash uses.
