What needs to be improved?
A "nice to have" would be zip file browsing support within pull requests / code base browsing which JIRA supports. https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Attaching+a+File#AttachingaFile-AccessingZIP-formatFileContents
Pull request counter being based on "unapproved" is a bit frustrating at times, as I've often read all of the content in a PR, and am waiting for changes to be pushed before re-reviewing.
Edited comment e-mails not having diff rendering is a bit painful, due to having to scan the new comment + original comment to look for the differences yourself.
