    Description

      On 'rebase with rename workflow' for conflict resolving on pull requests, previously created pull request is declined, new pull request is raised. But then you will delete old branch (it for declined pull request), then Stash can't do nothing with declined pull request. No reopen it, no delete (STASH-3134).

      API changes for this will also nice, to have it enabled by plugin.
