Support custom linkers

XMLWordPrintable

      It would be nice to support custom linkers which creates links to resources based on patterns.

      For example:

      SOMEPROJECT-[0-9]+ => https://jira.acme.com/$0
      BTS-[0-9]+ => https://bts.acme.com/$0
      etc
