Use $STASH_HOME/lib for classpath library directory

    Description

      Then you install mysql JDBC driver, it installs into tomcal lib folder. But if you upgrade Stash, you possible forgot to copi this jar into new tomcat folder. Will be nice to have $STASH_HOME/lib for such third party libs installed by end-user. Then if you will upgrade Stash, you never forged to JDBC drivers in old installation.
