RepositoryPushEvent not triggered in 2.0 when starting stash from AMPS

      Event listeners for RepositoryPushEvent are no longer triggering in Stash 2.0. This worked fine as of 1.3.1 and, unless we can find a workaround, this is a major blocker for us in adopting Stash internally.

      For a comparison I verified that RepositoryPullEvent listeners trigger in Stash 2.0, so the issue seems to be limited to push events specifically. (I'm guessing this might be related to changes for branch permissions).
