Windows Batch Script Improvement to Output JAVA_HOME Path Errors

When running the start-stash.bat /fg from the Windows command line, if JAVA_HOME is set to something like C:\Java\bin, the batch script appends an extra \bin resulting in something like C:\Java\bin\bin. This will fail to start Stash but no error message is produced nor shown in the logs.

Should this be something that should be addressed in the path checks or should it be mentioned in the documentation instead?
