Stash startup script: show the URL (host/port/context path) of the running Stash instance

      After starting Stash the following information is printed to STDOUT:

      [4786] λ > ./bin/startup.sh 
Detecting JVM PermGen support...
PermGen switch is supported. Setting to 256m
