Upgrade UPM to support Atlassian MarketPlace plugins

      When trying to install a MarketPlace licened plugin into Stash and exception occurs (attached in txt file). The plugin I'm trying to install is our own cross-product plugin with some additions for Stash.

      I included the projects pom.xml just in case.
