PR tasks dialog "View on overview" action doesn't scroll to task

      Issue Summary

      PR tasks dialog "View on overview" action changes the url, but does not reload the page or do anything to go to the task in the overview.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a task on a PR
      2. Open task dialog at top of PR "<n> open tasks"
      3. Click "View on overview"

      Expected Results

      Scrolls to task on overview

      Actual Results

      Url changes, and dialog is dismissed, but the view doesn't scroll to the task.

      Workaround

      After clicking "View on overview", refresh the page.
