Current limitation

• Currently we have an option of creating a new Jira DC Issues via the comment section of the Pull Request in Bitbucket DC.
• The new Jira issue however doesn't copy over any details of the PR comment from which the issue was raised
• Post the ticket is created the users have to manually copy all the data from the PR comment which is a duplicate effort

Feature Request

• While the Jira issue is being raised via PR comment section, please provide an option to copy the PR comment as Jira Description automatically. 
• Also provide an option to copy the PR link onto the Jira Issue Description automatically. 
• If some user is addressed on the PR comment, they should be automatically notified on the Jira Issue as well.

This will help reduce manual effort and the new Jira ticket will have the right context.
