Issue Summary
After typing ":" in the PR review dialog comment editor, the emoticon autocomplete should appear with a list of emoticons however, it is not displayed.
Steps to Reproduce
- Click Start Review on PR page
- Add comment on file line
- Click Finish Review
- Type ":" or "@" in Comments in Review dialog editor
- Emoticon/user autocomplete does not appear
Expected Results
Emoticon/user autocomplete should appear with a list of emoticons to select from.
Actual Results
Emoticon/user autocomplete is hidden (off the page).
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
