      Issue Summary

      After typing ":" in the PR review dialog comment editor, the emoticon autocomplete should appear with a list of emoticons however, it is not displayed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Click Start Review on PR page
      2. Add comment on file line
      3. Click Finish Review
      4. Type ":" or "@" in Comments in Review dialog editor
      5. Emoticon/user autocomplete does not appear

      Expected Results

      Emoticon/user autocomplete should appear with a list of emoticons to select from.

      Actual Results

      Emoticon/user autocomplete is hidden (off the page).

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
