      Issue Summary

When Dark Mode is enabled in Bitbucket DC 10.2.2, marked/highlighted text blocks are unreadable in the source view window in Firefox on macOS. The same content renders correctly in Safari and acceptably in Chrome/Brave on the same OS.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install or upgrade to Bitbucket Data Center 10.2.2
      2. Enable/use Dark Mode
      3. Navigate to any repository's Source view (e.g., Repositories → <repo> → Source), open a text file (such as test1.txt), and attempt to highlight/select a block of text within the Source View panel, the selected text will appear unreadable in Firefox due to insufficient contrast between the selection highlight colour and the text foreground colour in Dark Mode.

      Expected Results

Marked or highlighted text should be legible across all supported browsers with sufficient contrast between the highlight background and text foreground colours in Dark Mode.

      Actual Results

When Dark Mode is enabled in Bitbucket DC 10.2.2, marked or highlighted text blocks are unreadable in the source view window in Firefox on macOS. The same content renders correctly in Safari and acceptably in Chrome or Brave on the same OS.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour.
