Commits list in pull request view scrolls randomly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a pull request with a very long list of commits that causes scroll
2. Navigate to the Diff tab of the pull request
3. Switch to the Commits tabs
4. Navigate back to Diff tab
5. Scroll down on the diff view or the file tree
6. Navigate back to the commits tab

Expected Results

Commit list should be rendered in the last scroll position

Actual Results

Commit list scroll to the middle of the screen randomly

Workaround

Justa. scroll issue can simply scroll back
