Currently, if Bitbucket is connected to two application links—for example, one for Jira Data Center (DC) and another for Jira Cloud—with Jira Cloud set as the primary link, the following issue occurs if user doesn't have access to primary link and cannot be bypassed:
When a user right-clicks and opens a Jira ticket (specific to Jira DC) from a pull request in a new browser tab, they are redirected to the login page for the primary application (in this example Jira Cloud), as long as they aren't already logged in. If the user doesn't have an account on the primary application, there is no way to bypass this flow, and the user cannot access the ticket, even though the ticket is of secondary app link which they do have access to it.
