Issue Summary

On the project page, public repositories are expected to display a PUBLIC lozenge beside each repository in the list.

This behavior works as expected in Bitbucket 8. However, starting from Bitbucket 9, the PUBLIC lozenges are no longer displayed on the project page.

The list under the Administration section continues to display the PUBLIC lozenges and behaves as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a project.
2. Create a repository.
3. Mark the repository for public access.
4. Navigate to the project page and observe the behaviour.

Expected Results

From Bitbucket 9 onwards, the PUBLIC lozenges should be displayed on the project page for public repositories, consistent with the behavior in Bitbucket 8.

Actual Results

From Bitbucket 9 onwards, the PUBLIC lozenges are not displayed on the project page for public repositories, while they still appear correctly under the Administration section.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
