      Issue Summary

      Cannot filter dropdowns in "Create Jira issue" dialog

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In a PR, create a comment
      2. In the "..." button on the comment select "Create Jira issue". It may take a moment for this menu item to appear.
      3. Try to type into a dropdown filter

      Expected Results

      The dropdown filters to show only matching items

      Actual Results

      Nothing is typed into the input. The dialog close button is focused.

      Workaround

      Scroll until you find it, avoid filtering.
