When we go to Administration > Plan Your Upgrade, Bitbucket is just showing a blank page

      Issue Summary

      When we go to Administration > Plan Your Upgrade, Bitbucket is just showing a blank page instead of showing the usual "Current Version" and "Upgrade to" fields.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Navigate to Administration > Plan Your Upgrade.

      Expected Results

      We should see the usual "Current Version" and "Upgrade to" fields.

      Actual Results

      The application just shows a blank page.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
