In Bitbucket Cloud, you can set a different minimum number of approvals on a per-branch level. So you can require that a merge to Main requires three approvals, but the develop branch only needs one.

This capability is not available in Bitbucket Data Center, but it would be helpful to maintain consistent workflows.
