Make repo write access more granular

      Currently there are only 3 level of permissions that can be set at any repo level:

      Read, Write and Admin.

       

      Would be great if the write access can be made more granular. Something like how Github has - Role based access.

      Considering the agentic/AI workload to increase for here on. Would be great to have these granular permissions granted to bot accounts, as needed.
