      Issue Summary

      Integrate a quantum-resistant Key-Encapsulation Mechanism (KEM) into Bitbucket's cryptographic protocols to ensure long-term data security against future quantum computing threats.

      The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) initiated the  Standardization Process to address this need.
