Issue Summary

Unable to load next page of Projects with Project Selector in Repository management.

• On keyboard key down it keeps loading the same first page on every key press
• On mouse scroll down it keeps loading the same first page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to system settings > Repostitories
2. Click Create repository
3. Try scrolling in the project selector (make sure you have more than 25 projects)

Expected Results

It should load the next page of projects
