Currently the merge checks feature in Bitbucket does not allow any exceptions to be added in the rules.

We would like to be able to set some exceptions to give us some more flexible control over who us attempting the actions that are controlled by merge checks. In our use case we have experienced developers that merge a pull request without requiring approvals from other developers. This would give us greater control of our workflows.
