Issue Summary

When viewing "Fork Sync" status in a forked repository, an error message appears even if the sync is successful, depending on the user profile language.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

• Change the user profile language to Japanese.
• Fork a repository within Bitbucket.
• Go to the forked repository's settings screen and view the "Fork Sync" status.

Expected Results

The result of the fork sync is displayed correctly.

Actual Results

A message stating "Fork sync failed" is displayed even if the fork was successful.

Workaround

the user profile language to English.
In this case, the sync result is displayed correctly.
