Natively include the Look and Feel plugin for Bitbucket

      Look and feel options for Jira, Confluence and Crowd all come natively included into the installs. It would be good to have the same for Bitbucket rather than it be an entirely separate plugin to install [Look and Feel for Bitbucket Data Center | Atlassian Marketplace|https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212632/look-and-feel-for-bitbucket-data-center?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter]
