Issue Summary

 Connect Bitbucket to PostgreSQL doc tells customers to install Bitbucket on Windows, which is an unupported platform

In  Connect Bitbucket to PostgreSQL, it says, "install Bitbucket on Windows, or on Linux or Mac."

Bitbucket Data Center is not supported on Windows. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver094/supported-platforms-1489803095.html

Note that this seems to be the case for all versions of this doc

Steps to Reproduce

NA - see above. We should not be telling customers to install Bitbucket DC on Windows

Expected Results

It would make more sense to point customers to the  support platforms page rather than listing the OSes again in  Connect Bitbucket to PostgreSQL
