Issue Summary

Application link not working as expected.

Scenario 1. Tunnelled link for an application link going between jira cloud and bitbucket on prem showing duplicate data. Once the "View Development Tool Data" under smart commits for the app link is turned off, it showed only one instance of the information and not the recent one. It shows out dated info rather than the most up to date. FYI There is only one app link setup to point to bitbucket on prem.

Scenario 2. Some users get an error message when trying to view details in the development panel (commits, branches etc).


Scenario 3. Also, users that see information in the development panel cannot see commits older that 2 weeks.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create application tunnel from Jira cloud to any application.
2. Test the integration by looking at the details in the development panel when you open an issue.

Expected Results

You should be able to see the branches and commits from Github or bitbucket.

Actual Results

Some users cannot see the details and get the error message above.

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
