Issue Summary

When creating (or deleting) a tag from the UI, the page needs to be refreshed in order to see the change.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navgiate to a commit in a repository
2. Click the button to create a new tag
3. Enter the details of the new tag and click Create

Expected Results

The tag is now displayed

Actual Results

The tag only shows up after refreshing the page

Workaround

Refresh the page
