Under Bitbucket admin -> monitoring,
The admin UI toggle is meant to be disabled by design. Clicking on it doesn't send any events in the background.
This toggle design is different since we can't toggle JMX monitoring at runtime in BB, so this option is disabled with a description.
To enable JMX monitoring, we need to update the bitbucket.properties file by following the steps in this document Expose JMX MBeans within Bitbucket.

In this case the switch label “Enable JMX monitoring” is misleading. It should be named “JMX monitoring enabled”. And the description “Enable JMX monitoring to get insights…” is also misleading. It should be “Enable JMX monitoring as described in Read more to get insights…”.

Can we consider an update on the description for this toggle or make it actually work at runtime like we do in Jira as below:
