I like the feature of Bitbucket Cloud that allows me to "start the review" and submit all comments in a single step. However, the PR author doesn't know if the reviewers they added actually started doing the review or not. They can only see completed reviews.

In some very old versions of Bitbucket Cloud, whenever multiple people had the same PR opened, a little icon in the lower right corner indicated who else was currently watching the PR. Thus, the author would know that someone was already reviewing their PR.

I would suggest adding a button "Start review", which would indicate to the author that the PR review has started (even if the reviewer still hasn't made a single comment), and when "Finish review" is clicked, the "review in progress" information would be removed.

An additional benefit would be that if I have started multiple reviews of multiple PRs, I could see all my unfinished reviews in Bitbucket's main dashboard and prioritize those.
